10.0A hotel elhelyezkedése tökéletes, Isztambul óvárosának szívében található, így minden főbb látnivaló néhány perc sétával elérhető. A szobák ugyan kisebbek, de nagyon tiszták, kényelmesek és minden szükséges megtalálható bennük. A reggeli egyszerű, de nagyon finom, friss kenyérrel, többféle lekvárral, sajtokkal és zöldségekkel. A személyzet rendkívül kedves, figyelmes és segítőkész volt, mindenben örömmel segítettek.
− Nem volt olyan dolog, amivel elégedetlenek lettünk volna. Ha valamit meg kellene említeni, akkor csak annyit, hogy a szobák kisebbek, de egy városnézős utazáshoz teljesen megfelelőek.

10.0La ubicación es excelente, ideal para recorrer Estambul caminando y acceder fácilmente a los principales atractivos turísticos. Lo que más destaco es la atención del personal, que fue increíble durante toda la estadía. La señora encargada de la cocina siempre estuvo pendiente de que probáramos de todo en el desayuno y de que no nos faltara nada, haciéndonos sentir muy bien acogidas. Todos los recepcionistas estuvieron siempre disponibles para resolver nuestras dudas. Quiero hacer una mención especial a Yesim, la gerente del hotel, quien frente a un inconveniente que tuvimos actuó de manera rápida, profesional y muy amable, resolviendo la situación oportunamente y sin generar mayores complicaciones. Su disposición marcó una diferencia importante en nuestra experiencia y refleja un excelente estándar de servicio al cliente. En general, las instalaciones cumplen perfectamente para tener una estadía tranquila y cómoda en Estambul.
− Sería recomendable realizar una mantención preventiva en los baños, especialmente en las duchas, ya que algunos accesorios se encontraban un poco sueltos (ducha).
