Insgesamt ein gutes Hotel

− Als ich 16 Uhr einchecken wollte, war mein Zimmer noch nicht fertig. Ich bekam zwar 2 Joghurts für die Überbrückung der halben Stunde, die ich noch warten musste. Aber bei einem Check-in ab 14 Uhr sollte das eigentlich nicht passieren. Deswegen gibt's von mir einen Punkt Abzug bei der Bewertung.

Perfect location and a comfortable stay.

The hotel is located in a really nice neighbourhood with lots of shops and restaurants nearby. It was also nice and close to the border. I really enjoyed the fact that I could go to the spa within the hotel where the staff put in a really big effort despite the language barrier.

− I emailed the hotel twice before my stay and I have still not heard back from them which was really disappointing.

− Comunicação. São péssimos a comunicar. Nunca respondem às mensagens através do booking, por exemplo. Já fiquei hospedada duas vezes neste hotel. Das duas vezes tive necessidade de entrar em contacto antes de ir e em nenhuma das vezes me responderam. Reclamei diretamente ao balcão e o gerente ainda foi arrogante.
