Excellent service! Friendly, helpful staff.

− Everything was great. The beds were a little stiff for my liking, but that's just me. The comforter was not as soft as I would have preferred, but it was a warm evening so the sheets alone were fine.

The location to the even

− The bathroom had holes in the wall above the shower head that was patched with clear boxing tape and the ceiling tiles were rotted and looked like they had black mold on them. The whole room had a musty smell to it. The web site said they had a continental breakfast and all they had was coffee. It said they had a hot tub and that was closed down. No amenities and no discount. Very disappointed in the facility as a whole.

It was an expensive “cheap” hotel

Front staff was friendly

− The room was incredibly dusty. I was told about new carpet in the room yet there was at least an inch of dust on the floor behind the bed. The headboards were dusty and the walls were dusty. The cold air was pouring into the room through the unit on the wall (which they tried to cover with foam that didn’t work). You couldn’t adjust room temp.

There was no hot tub, as described on web page. No coffee. No breakfast at all, which was told even by the front desk, that there will be some.

Front desk clerk very pleasant and helpful. Our room had large cobs, dusty walls, damp moist moldy oder. Bathroom had had ceiling tiles with water stains. Door peep hole plugged with toilet paper.
