No hot water in the bathroom. The hot food at breakfast was cold and there was very little (3 rashers of cold bacon) for later comers. The coffee from a machine was undrinkable. The orange juice was poor.

The owner was welcoming and lovely. The room was confortable. The pool was a welcome bonus after our week long sailing trip. Overall, it was a fantastic trip.
