10.0This is one of the best hotels I have ever stayed at. The view is absolutely exceptional and breathtaking, making the whole experience even more special. A special thank you to the amazing staff, especially Mr. Gilbert Chen, the Front Office Manager. He is one of the best managers I have ever met in the hotel industry. He helped me a lot and went above and beyond to make my special day unforgettable. The kindness, professionalism, and hospitality of the team truly made my stay memorable. I sincerely appreciate all the effort and care they showed. I highly recommend this hotel to everyone looking for a luxury stay with excellent service. I will definitely come back again.

− 1.没有地下停车场直达，大堂门口车位很少。大部分车位需爬坡抵达大堂。车位管理混乱，没有为住宿旅客预留车位，所谓的先到先得造成仅临时停车的婚宴宾客可以停到大堂门前，而下午游玩回来的住宿旅客只能停在山脚下。（照片里的停车场有进楼的大门却不开放，必须爬坡从大堂进。） 2.服务非常一般。住宿当天没有提前的电话确认，服务员帮忙送行李就送到电梯口，早餐离位拿东西桌子就被收了。 3.防盗措施做的非常好，沐浴露洗发水洗手液全部钉在墙上无法移动使用很不方便，更不吐槽沐浴露洗发水洗手液都是一个味道了。 有这么强的防盗意识不如用在服务态度上，一个国际著名酒店做成这个样子，只能说明供需关系决定一切。

7.0The location is great. Generally, it's a very nice hotel. Staff was generally nice and helpful. I'd say the room itself including the view was the highlight of our stay.
− I must say that it was incredibly disappointing to find the outdoor swimming closed. We went in mid to late May, it was baking hotel, and the pool looked absolutely fine! For the money we'd paid, we felt let down. Overall, I would have to say it is too expensive for what you get.
