8.0L’emplacement et la disposition de l’appartement
− Les locataires du premier étage qui fumaient sur leur balcon et qui ont jeté leurs mégots pas éteints sur la pelouse qui, à cette période, est complètement desséchée… quand on voit l’incendie à Fréhel, c’est juste inconscient. Heureusement un mail a été envoyé par la réception.
Super vacances
10.0Le cadre, le calme, la vue, le parking , le balcon. Situé en hauteur par rapport à digue, il y a un beau dénivelé avec des marches et des rampes qui ne sont faciles pour tous. Les restaurants sont à proximité.
− Le vis à vis des balcons. Le lit fatigué, le réfrigérateur, petit et pas en super état, étagères cassées. La machine à café qui est plutôt une cafetière.
