− Very Poor room service, nobody come and attend the complaint.

We enjoyed our stay a lot.
9.0We didn't opt for breakfast.
− The bed was too soft to be comfortable. We found to get hot water lot of water needs to be wasted which we didn't like. We also faced some trouble in getting hot water. However it was resolved. I appreciate their helping attitude in resolving the issue.
