Ogni singolo membro del personale, dalla reception all'animazione, dal servizio di pulizia ai ristoratori, ha dimostrato una dedizione e una cordialità esemplari. La loro disponibilità, i sorrisi sinceri e l'attenzione costante alle nostre esigenze hanno reso ogni giorno speciale. We stayed with the family for 3 nights, nothing special, very late checkout and too many hidden charges. If you came from far away remember to pack: bed sheets, towels as they charge for everything including air conditioning and the beach service. Strange way of scheduling the shuttle to go to the beach, same the reception, close for 4 hours during lunch time so if you have any problems nobody can really help. The room is dated, the toilet is so sad, nothing available, broken shower.. The beds are THE WORSE!! It’s basically 2 single beds put together by a plastic sheet, the most uncomfortable!! Breakfast is at the bar, you need to choose between croissants, crostata and supermarket biscuits nothing else.. here the only good point was Marco extremely friendly. The lady at the reception doesn’t accept criticism, when I express my feedback she blamed Vieste town saying that is the way they do hospitality there and she even suggested to book an hotel next time! Overall a bad experience so I won’t return or recommend the place especially for tourist from abroad.

La casetta molto carina e pulita ma i materassi un po’ duretti!! L’animazione fantastica tutti divertenti e sorridenti! Servizio navetta super comodo! Il villaggio molto curato e bello con delle bellissime piante unica pecca la piscina che era comunque bella e pulita ma sarebbe stata più bella con delle piante intorno vabbè questa cosa poco conta era solo una mia opinione! un soggiorno molto divertente e piacevole anche per mia figlia si 6 anni graziee

Struttura molto piccola ma con mille inutili regole. È un potenziale inespresso, peccato perché è tenuta bene. Per famiglie con bimbi piccoli è l'ideale, per i giovani è un pò dormitorio.

Truly an awesome place for families the structure is beautiful,well kept and you ll be welcomed as part of the family and spoiled by the friendly staff,nonetheless by the top class barman Marco. Great animation everyday with different themes, swimming pool, restaurant, beach volley n all the rest...! Look no further for an amazing holiday with family or friends!
