− המזגן לא היה בחדר שינה, מלון קצת מיושן - משנות ה 90. כבישי הגישה לא מסומנים בגוגל מפס ובווייז - קצת קשה להגיע בפעם הראשונה. קצת יקר יחסית לתמורה.
