Always beautiful but the pool service must be improved
8.0It's the second time we stay at the Hotel de beyaerd because we really like it . Rooms are nice,clean and comfy . The pool is great and it's the perfect place where to find peace and relax far from the chaos of the big cities. I really appreciated the improvement of the Pool Area. They put new Beds for the clients that are very comfy ,last year they had metal beds that were not comfy. So that is a big upgrade and that allows all the clients to have a nice bed at the pool.
− Compared to last year I felt that the Pool service with drinks and food is not well organized. I had to wait 2 times more than 30 mins to get just a small drink and to get it we had to go personally to the bar or to the reception. They told us they had no enough workers who could take care of it. I totally understand but if so ,please,do not let people order from the website . Waiting more than 30 mins to get a bottle of water and a coffe it's very frustrating. For the rest I love the hotel. Thanks for everything
Schöner Aufenthalt in spezieller hotelanlage
7.0Frühstück war gut und vielfältig. Unser Wunsch nach Doppelbett und Zimmer mit Verbindungskabel wurde erfüllt. Pool sauber und ganztägig nutzbar, ebenso wie Fitness und Sauna. Ausreichend Parkplätze vorhanden .
− Sauberkeit im bad und fussboden ist verbesserungswürdig, ebenso in den Fluren Dunkle Zimmer aufgrund weniger Lichtquellen. Auswahl wurst und Käse beim Frühstück jeden Tag

− het was bij ons nog niet zo warm buiten graad of 22 maar op de kamer werd het al aardig warm s’nachts stond wel een ventilator
Ich habe mich recht wich gefühlt. Aber wenn die Temperaturen heißer gewesen wären, wäre es nicht auszuhalten gewesen.

− Abgewohnt. Safe ins Licht haben nicht funktioniert. Teilweise unsauber. Tampons unter dem Bett.

10.0Heel leuk hotel, mooi zwembad, prachtige fietsen gehuurd, vriendelijk personeel, grote tuin met veel lig- of zitmogelijkheden, nette kamer met goede bedden,, mooie badkamer. Het geheel was top!!!

8.0Leuke locatie, fijn hotel, met goede kamers, heerlijk buiten zwembad en goede kaart. Vooral de gerenoveerde kamers zijn goed. Hier en daar kan het wat schoner. Op het bureau zag je bijvoorbeeld nog een kring van glas van vorige bewoners. Ook bij het zwembad wordt beperkt opgeruimd en de tafeltjes in het restaurant kunnen ook vaker een doekje gebruiken. Personeel super lief en vriendelijk en wij waren er wel tijdens de hitte dus wellicht dat dat war impact heeft gehad op de schoonmaak.
