The keys kept malfunctioning which was a little frustrating since our room was very far from the front desk. The air conditioner took a long time to start working but thankfully it did after a while. Breakfast was good and the cute kittens running around were a definite highlight :)

Check in fora horário atrapalha os funcionários

Reservei para meus pais, 2 idosos, chegaram as 2h da manhã devido uma conexão aérea. Os funcionários da recepção estavam dormindo e acordaram para recebê-los levando eles ao quarto e tchau. Não ofereceram qualquer tipo de apoio, não tinha água mineral para beber nem qualquer telefone para chamar algum svc de quarto. Tomaram os remédios com água da torneira. Mas tirando isso atendeu ao curto período de tempo que passaram no hotel fazendo check-out logo as 06:30 após o café. Uma sugestão é treinar os funcionários a terem um olhar mais sensível a idosos.

Hotel muito bom mas a acolhida foi péssima, fiz reserva e paguei por uma diária de casal com cama de casal e encontrei três camas de solteiro, na chegada me disseram que a reserva era pra um apenas, torneira do banheiro sem água ou seja péssima acolhida.

Parents or a legal guardian traveling with children under 18 years must present the child's birth certificate and an identity card with photo (passport, for example) at the check-in.
