Exceptional B&B, far exceeded our expectations. We plan to return in September.
10.0Location is good, short walk into Dumfries yet handy for road network to explore around. Warm, friendly welcome upon arrival form Derek. Breakfast was exceptional- quality bacon, sausages, freshly grilled tomato and perfect poached eggs! Cereals, porridge, yoghurt and fruit available, toast and coffee plentiful, the coffee deserves a mention, freshly filtered and of quality-all served with a smile from the lovely Renee. In room refreshments are replenished daily. Nothing is too much trouble, guests have access to complimentary fresh milk, water and may use the fridge for own items. Rooms are tastefully furnished, spotlessly clean with everything you need. Derek and Renee are such fabulous thoughtful hosts. Safe, ample car parking too. Doesn't get much better than this B&B.
