− Die Einfahrt bzw. Das Toröffnen in die Tiefgarage sollte optimiert werden.

6.0Nah am Bahnhof und schnell zu erreichen, jedoch ist das auch gleichzeitig ein Minuspunkt bei der Lage. Der Check-in hat einmal reibungslos funktioniert, beim zweiten Besuch jedoch nicht. Beim ersten mal hatte ich ein tolles Zimmer, ruhig und sauber, beim zweiten mal roch das Zimmer stark nach Zigarettenrauch und das Fenster zum Hof war genau über der Abluft einer Fritteuse. Also es gibt super Zimmer und auch nicht so tolle. Würde trotzdem wieder hingehen, weil es eben unkompliziert und gut zu erreichen ist.
− Sehr kompliziert, wenn der Online-Check-In nicht funktioniert möchte man allein als Frau wirklich nicht auf der Strasse davor warten, bis das System die Buchung verarbeitet hat...

− Die Klimaanlage war ohne Funktion und der Auftug ist nicht bis zur Garage gefahren.
