9.0The front desk staff were always very polite, welcoming, and friendly, making us feel comfortable from the moment we arrived. Our room was spacious, clean, and very comfortable. We also appreciated how frequently the room was cleaned during our stay. The breakfast was excellent with a great variety of delicious options, and we really enjoyed it every morning. The only minor disappointment was that our request for a room with a bathtub could not be accommodated due to availability. Other than that, everything was perfect. We had a wonderful stay and would definitely choose this hotel again. Highly recommended!
