2.0La gentillesse malgré tout de la réceptionniste
− Nous avons réservé une chambre pour la nuit des Fêtes de la Madeleine afin de rentrer en toute sécurité. Nous avons payé 183 € la nuit, un tarif qui laisse espérer un minimum de confort et de propreté. Malheureusement, ce fut une énorme déception. À notre arrivée vers 2 h du matin, la porte de la chambre n’avait même pas de numéro et présentait un énorme trou autour de la poignée et de la serrure. Pour un hôtel, c’est très inquiétant en matière de sécurité. En entrant dans la chambre, une forte odeur d’humidité et de renfermé nous a immédiatement pris au nez. La propreté était clairement insuffisante : traces noires autour de la fenêtre, joints et vitres sales, pommeau de douche très entartré, sol mal entretenu, rideau de douche noir sur le bas, trou dans le bas du montant de la porte de la salle de bains, Clim très bruyante… L’ensemble donnait une impression de manque d’entretien général. Pour 183€ la nuit, c’est tout simplement inadmissible. Nous avions choisi cet hôtel uniquement pour passer une nuit en sécurité après les fêtes, et nous nous sommes retrouvés dans une chambre qui ne correspond absolument pas au prix demandé. La réceptionniste ( dame très gentille et très agréable) a pris nos réclamations et nous as garantie un appelle de la direction dans les jours à venir, nous espérons réellement qu’on sera contacter !! Je partage des photos afin que chacun puisse se faire son propre avis. Nous ne reviendrons pas et ne recommandons pas cet établissement dans ces conditions.

− La chambre mériterait une rénovation complète. L'isolation est moyenne, on entend les gens des chambres à côté et en face. Des clients fument dans leur chambre. Cela a été signalé au responsable mais cela n'a eu aucune conséquence

6.0Bon hôtel pour une étape d'une nuit. L'établissement est très bien insonorisé, nous n'avons entendu aucun bruit, ce qui est très appréciable pour bien dormir. Le petit-déjeuner est parfait, avec tout ce qu'il faut pour bien commencer la journée. Le personnel est très aimable et accueillant. Nous reviendrons sans hésiter pour une prochaine halte d'une nuit.
− L'hôtel mériterait toutefois un petit rafraîchissement.

1.0We didnt like anything.
− On first glance the hotel looked like a rundown shack.The lady on reception was welcoming,and we paid for the breakfast. Once we got in our room,I noticed it was very dated and smelt of damp.It had a tiny shower and separate toilet.I used the hairdryer which was cracked and when I turned it on it smoked and nearly went on fire,so I complained and the receptionist borrowed me hers.Then I noticed a large insect crawl from under the bed .So we packed our things and left after an hour.We lost our money but got a refund on the breakfast. I went off the reviews so couldn't believe the standards were so bad.We went 2 minutes up the road to the campanile for an extra 20 euros ,it was immaculate.
