Un accueil parfait mais une offre améliorable.

− J’avais demandé deux chambres doubles pour 4 adultes et un enfant de 9 ans. Il m’a été proposé une chambre à cinq lits - ce.qui n’était pas adapté. Heureusement, la réceptionniste nous a fourni l’indispensable ventilateur pour faire face à la cznicule, et toute sa gentillesse.
Hotel calme
7.0Le repas du soir était de belle qualité. Produits locaux, conseils avisés, vins excellents. Linge de maison "Vosges terre textile" magnifique.
− L'ascenseur ne desservait pas les chambres du 2ème étage, ce qui n'était pas précisé dans le descriptif de l'hôtel. Si on a besoin de l'ascenseur, il faudrait le préciser à la réservation. Finalement on a eu la chambre PMR au rez de chaussée car il n'y avait pas d'autres chambres disponibles.
