− The admin staff is unfriendly, and you can't even get through to the hotel via phone, and we could only communicate via email. Terrible for a 4-star

The room was clean and spacious

− The tv reception very very very poor. World cup and all sorts of excuses why tv and wifi is down. This is the 2nd time I encounter no wifi& tv reception in George
