Un hôtel exceptionnel !
9.0Un excellent séjour du début à la fin ! L’accueil est chaleureux, le personnel est souriant et attentionné, et les chambres sont propres, confortables et très bien entretenues. Je tiens à remercier tout particulièrement Eli, la femme de ménage, qui est adorable, très attentionnée et toujours aux petits soins. Un grand merci également au concierge pour sa gentillesse et son professionnalisme, ainsi qu’à Mathilda, qui mérite elle aussi un immense bravo pour son accueil et son attention. Spa au top Ces personnes font vraiment la différence et rendent le séjour encore plus agréable. Grâce à elles, on se sent bien accueilli et comme chez soi. 5 étoiles sur 5 ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ ! Un hôtel que je recommande sans la moindre hésitation. Encore merci à toute l’équipe pour cette belle expérience. Nous reviendrons avec grand plaisir !

3.0− Lift tagelang nur teils in Betrieb, Löcher in der Bettwäsche , Waschbecken läuft nicht ab. Personal mit sich selbst beschäftigt. Nächster Aufenthalt in einem anderen Hotel
Double Queen Room
10.0Location of the hotel is about a 5 minute walk from Tower Hill tube station where you can catch the central and district lines. Whilst waiting to check in the concierge offered a complimentary glass of prosecco, when we got to the desk the staff was highly professional and apologetic as we were advised our room want quite ready and offered a complimentary drink in the bar area whilst we waited. We were called over within 30mins to receive the keys for the room. The room itself was large, spacious and spotless.
