8.0it’s located in a dead end street so the neighborhood is very quiet
Great short break. We're already planning another and S'Arenal WILL be our destination
8.0Location for both the beach and waterpark were perfect for our short break. The breakfast had plenty of variety and all the staff were friendly and approachable, always happy to help
− I normally like to put a negative/improvement, but for the break we wanted/hoped for this was spot on

7.0Bardzo profesjonalna ekipa w recepcji. Przemiła Pani sprzątająca chyba Maria.
− Brak możliwości dostania prowiantu w dniu wyjazdu ( śniadanie na ten dzień automatycznie wykupione bo hotel jest opcja że śniadaniami której potrzebowałam ale jednak na wyjazd już nie miałam możliwości z niej skorzystania ..nie ma zwrotu więc za śniadanie ani możliwości zjedzenia go jak ma się wczesny lot ) a lot o 6 rano miałam . To duży minus !
