7.0The breakfast was amazing. We loved everything about it. The entire stuff is very kind and welcoming. The hotel is beautiful and aestically pleasing.
− I did not like the fact that the hotel did not have a microwave in the room. There were no plates or cutlery available for us, not even glasses for us to pour drinks in. The TV remote was not working. Please try and find a better working system for the people who want to iron their clothes, we waited a good 30 minutes for the iron and ironing board to be brought into our room. What if I had a meeting to attend, would I not be late?
