Great location and great staff
10.0We stayed just for one day and a half, however, the staff was really nice, we were lucky to get a early check-in (coming from the US on a red eye this was nice especially for wife and kid). Unfortunately during our stay my 5yr old had to visit the hospital due to stomach bug, when we got back late at night the staff was really helpful with all of our needs, every person that we spoke to and requested some sort of help was really friendly and took care of our needs, we really appreciated this hotel.

− The bed was a bit hard and the pillows were very flat. The soap bottle in the shower also had a pubic hair (or body hair) on it that I noticed before ever using the shower.

8.0Las las instalaciones en general son increíbles. La comodidad de las camas y habitación en perfectas condiciones.
− El bar si quieres tomar algo es carisimo y el happy hour que hay solo incluye refrescos, cerveza y vino cuando de toda la vida es para cócteles. El servicio que tienen de limpieza de ropa es caro y nefasto. Deje a lavar una camiseta y me la trajeron peor de lo que estaba.
