− Rommet føltes skittent ut, ugjenvt gulv, dusjen var tett, var ikke stikkontakt til lampene ved senga, ene stikkontakten funket ikke, var ikke aircondition, det luktet muggel og gammelt i gangene, frukostbuffeten var stusselig og det var ikke rene serviser. Det lå døde insekter i vinduet.
