10.0La posizione è strategica...l'hotel si trova a pochi minuti di auto dal centro storico di Vieste e dal porto; questa posizione permette di spostarti facilmente per raggiungere i principali punti di interesse e per fare il tour delle grotte in barca o delle isole tremiti. Ho adorato il lido ripa mare che a mio avviso è il più bello di tutto il litorale e tra l'altro è stato appena ristrutturato....si trova a pochi passi dall hotel, basta attraversare la strada e il tuo ombrellone e il tuo lettino ti aspettano. L'hotel è dotato anche di due splendide piscine di cui una con idromassaggio che sono una vera salvezza nelle giornate in cui in spiaggia c'è troppo vento.
− Non c'è nulla che non mi sia piaciuto in realtà. Solo alcuni piccoli consigli: mettete i kit con dischetti struccanti e cotton fiock nelle stanze e possibilmente gli accappatoi.

8.0Hotel confortevole e pulito, spiaggia vicina e organizzata, situato in zona tranquilla a pochi chilometri da Vieste. Parcheggio riservato agli ospiti. La colazione è stata soddisfacente con prodotti di buona qualità. L'hotel dispone anche di una piscina con area idromassaggio.

5.0La spiaggia e i relativi servizi. Personale cordiale, spiaggia sempre pulita ed in ordine. Ber/ristorante nuovi e con personale cordiale
− Albergo vecchio, stanze brutte con arredi obsoleti. All’arrivo abbia dovuto far cambiare il materasso e le lenzuola, a dir poco osceni. La pulizia giornaliera spesso sommaria, abbiamo trovato sempre in giro capelli od altro. Giardino bello da vedere da lontano, da vicino mal /non curato. La struttura non merita di essere classificato 4 stelle. Ristorante ampio e luminoso; peccato che non abbia nessun controllo. Abbiamo riscontrato ad es vassoi di colazione vuoti e dover chiedere di essere ripristinati o piatti di servizio sporchi da residui di cibo ( in un caso ne ho contate 7 su 12
