Overall, my stay was quite good; there are just a few minor things that could be improved.
7.0I like the location, very close to the mall. The room was good, but the view wasn't great.
− The room wasn't cleaned every day. The staff were not very friendly and didn't explain the hotel facilities—such as the coffee-making area or the option to store food in the refrigerator on the 7th floor.

Great, comfortable and memorable.
8.0For accessing Sentosa it was great, harbourfront mrt was at walking distance, vivocity mall was at walking distance. The rooms were great, small but comfortable and really peaceful. The staff at reception was great. The wending machines were really useful and accessible. The machines were checked and loaded everyday so it was super good.
− The cleaning for the rooms was not worth it. The cleaners were rude too and cleaning should be done everyday instead of twice. Cleaners stay only till 5 pm and they hope to miss out rooms. I wish cleaning happened more frequently.
