2.0I was extremely disappointed with my stay. The overall cleanliness of the hotel was unacceptable—common areas and rooms felt neglected and poorly maintained. The pool was especially concerning, with murky, dirty water that made it completely unusable. To make matters worse, there were no towels available for guests, for entire stay which is a basic expectation. Our room was never cleaned for our entire stay. None of the ice machines on any floor were working during our stay, adding further inconvenience. It also appeared the hotel was severely understaffed. With a full hotel, there simply weren’t enough staff members available to address issues or assist guests in a timely manner. Overall, the experience fell far below expectations, and I would not recommend staying here.
