Very nice property in great location.

Comfortable flat with all necessary amenities including a well equipped kitchen. Also bed mattress had deep impressions from former guests and needs replacing..

− Children hogging tge spa in particular, fathers constantly tossing young children in air in the POIOL while other adults trying to get in a swim. No signs disallowing this dangerous and selfish behaviour.

It was ok but not on par to others at Hasting st we have stayed.

Location

− Stairs, no bbq on mezzanine seating area so no one used, rooms are plain with no decoration , no bath, weak shower unlike others on Hasting street beach side.

It was very mediocre and I sadly won’t be re booking. I was excited to stay as I’d stayed at fairshore for many years as

Location is exemplary

− I wasnt able to park my car on the property for the first day and night and I had to keep moving it from different parks on the street. On the second day I was given a park which was appreciated. Given the $900 per night stay I would not expect to have to park in the street at all. The bed that I slept on would move around the room when I turned over in bed. Perhaps there is a way to lock the wheels on the bed as this kept me up through the night. Again not something I would anticipate given the nightly rate The decor was dated and not of good taste The side table beside the sofa was wobbly and broken so you could not rest a glass on it. I have never given a bad accomodation review before, so this alone says something. I’m not one to complain but I found this experience to be very underwhelming.

Please note that there is a 1.65% charge when you pay with a Visa/Mastercard credit card. Please note that there is a 3.3% charge when you pay with a American Express credit card. All facilities will remain open. Please note the property has 1 carpark and it is 1.85m high.

From February to September 2026, Monday to Friday between 8:00am and 5:00pm, construction noise may occur due to apartment renovation works within the Fairshore complex.

No works will take place on weekends or during Queensland school holidays. Thank you for your understanding.Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.
