4.0Huge flight of stairs, no elevator to reception, poor staff communication, no soap, and malfunctioning air conditioning. Located right on Las Ramblas. But find another hotel if you can.

8.0I booked the basic room so it didn’t have a window which I wasn’t aware of, but otherwise the room was good and it was large. The young man working at the front desk was very helpful in assisting me how to catch the AirPort Express bus and the metro stops needed for La Sagrada. This hotel is very conveniently located as it’s right on the main strip of Las Ramblas, so it was easy to walk around and see things. Plus many dining options nearby. I did have trouble place and be aware there is a long stairway to get to the front desk which made it a bit difficult dragging in a big piece of luggage, Thankfully they were so kind enough to let me check in early.
