Someone else's underwear

− The pile of someone else's dirty socks tucked away in the corner of the closet under a table. And the front desk girl calling me a liar when I made the complaint. I got in late from a long travel day, fell asleep immediately and didn't notice the pile of socks hiding under the table by the front door. You can see them when sitting on the toilet. I told the front desk girl this when I checked out, and asked for a partial refund. She didn't apologize at all, got defensive and only offered $15 back and when I said that's not enough and wanted a half refund she told me she didn't trust me and said I was lying. I showed her a picture of the clothes and then said she wasn't going to refund me because I was getting upset and raising my voice. I told her of course I'm upset she didn't apologize and now was insulting me. And there were someone else's underwear in the room. She just had excuse after excuse as to why her job is hard and that she isn't going to do anything for me. Like you messed up, make good on it. Apologize and pay the person back

− The room was so hot.fridge was not co;d at all. We found Bed bugs in bed. No microwave.it is not good when we pay $200 dollars only for 7 hour stay.
