Very unkempt facility, staff not friendly to guests. Worth 30% from, what they are asking.

The location of the Byke hotel is good. On one side (over road and some property) is beach with ocean, on other site is river (but not used for trips or anything).

− - the staff on reception, not very friendly, asked for voucher from Booking - did not changed money for taxi - outdated room equipment, air conditioning, doors, walls dirty, in washroom is leaking water - renovation urgently need! - towels at the time of check in not there - batteries for AC remote empty - Wifi only at the reception, voucher for wifi needed
