Misleading Pictures and Information
9.0The hotel and accommodation was really good, and location exceptionally and really beautiful.
− When I booked on BOOKING.COM I thought I was booking a room that had a private balcony, as it was shown in the pictures when I was making the booking. When I got to hotel, I was told that my suite did not come with a balcony, which was very disappointing as it was my anniversary and I told my wife I was getting a suite with a balcony. I think the pictures loaded for the room were very deceiving. I think clear instructions must be included to suggest that there are additional cost for a suite with a balcony and clearly given the options for the customer to chose what they want and to pay for it accordingly.
