− Our room was at the back on the top floor. Difficult to find and a long way to carry bags etc. No offer of help.

− Dame charmante et aidante à l’accueil mais personnel froid, fuyant, à peine aimable . Nous avons assisté à un règlement de compte entre membres du personnel… j’avais séjourné dans ce même hôtel il y a 15 ans et quelle chute depuis: la cuisine était industrielle, insipide , petit déjeuner digne d’une cantine professionnel bref épouvantable .

− The carpets & decor both to the maze of corridors & the room we stayed in needed a refurbishment. Check-In & Out not friendly or welcoming. Service staff friendly though.

− Accueil déplorable, mauvaises indications pour trouver le parking, qui de toutes façons était plein, mauvais petit déjeuner servi dans une ambiance « usine », sans même un sourire
