6.0O pequeno-almoço estava bom e a simpatia dos funcionários também é um ponto a favor.
− Fechámos a porta do wc para não entrar luz no quarto durante a noite e às 8h, quando acordámos, a porta simplesmente não abria. Foi muito chato, tivémos de ir à recepção chamar um funcionário do hotel para nos ajudar. Também não conseguiu. Entretanto, foi chamar o senhor da manutenção, mas o meu namorado lá conseguiu abrir com uma chave diferente que, por acaso, tinha levado com ele. No final, ninguém nos pediu desculpa pelo incómodo. Agiram sempre como se tudo aquilo fosse normal. E, a verdade, é que não é. Deviam melhorar esta questão. Foi uma experiência pouco agradável logo ao acordar.
