− Il personale della reception e della sala colazione molto scortese! O mandato tanti messaggi tramite Booking per avere delle informazioni, non si sono mai degnati di rispondermi, quando o chiamato al telefono facevano finta di non sentirmi! È un 4 stelle, ma non vale neanche 3 ! Sono rimasto delusa

Reposant et pratique pour bouger dans les environs
8.0Le lit est très confortable, c’était calme. Beaucoup de restaurants aux alentours. Et très bien desservi avec des bus pour aller dans le centre de Funchal. Nous avons pu nous détendre en fin de journée à la piscine, c’était agréable.
