− Instructions for TV in Room 9 were complex and inaccurate. Instructions state that TV is turned on from remote - did not work. Had to switch on manually using button on TV. Limited channel access without complex manipulation Disappointed to find plastic wine glasses - lowers the tone of the room and mistrusts the guests. Also disappointed not to find local information in the room instead of in the office. Disappointed that a radio was not supplied
