10.0The owner is very lovely and helpful. The hotel is lovely and the rooms are clean and spacious. Amazing view of the Tatras from the hotel and some lovely restaurants with local cuisine nearby. Only the town is rather sleepy, but good for people looking for relaxation.
Excellent value at base of the High Tatras
10.0This accommodation was terrific and excellent value for money. Were there for 4 nights. We had an upstairs attic-style room which was spacious and comfortable with a view of mountains. Breakfasts were large and personally served in the breakfast room, and Marek the host was a mine of information on what to see and do in the mountains and surrounding areas, given in English and German as well as the native Slovak. His love of the area was apparent. There are 2 restaurants within easy walking distance of the hotel. Wish we could have stayed longer.
