− El retiro del vehiculo de la cochera (que es paga, no esta incluida), es una odisea si cae domingo. Tenes que esperar que alguien traiga el control (el unico), para poder utilizarlo y retirar tu vehiculo La habitacion es justa, con un aire acondicionado (de pared) demasiado viejo y ruidoso

− No reponian correctamente los insumos del baño! Y tienen q organizarse con el tema del desayuno y dejar un lugar fijo... todas las mñnas había q llamar y preguntar donde lo iban a servir

1.0Lo único bueno es la ubicación
− Nuestros departamento para 5 personas estaba en el primer piso , todas las ventanas daban a un pulmón oscuro , no corría el aire , el colchón de la cama era viejo y estaba todo desvencijado , subían los ruidos y olores de la cocina de la confitería de planta baja y encima hubo un casamiento ese dia en el hotel . No pegamos un ojo en toda la noche.

− Apesar do prédio ter uma boa estrutura e localização excelente, necessita de reforma com urgência Não sei como são os demais quartos, porém, o quarto que me foi disponibilizado, era tudo antigo e mal conservado, dando uma aparência desleixada, decadente O box tão minúsculo que mal me cabia, mesmo eu sendo uma pessoa de pequeno porte, e após o banho, o banheiro ficava inundado As fotos não condizem com a realidade Café da manhã bom e os funcionários atenciosos
