7.0Great location, spotlessly clean, and with a fully equipped kitchen. Beach essentials, including an umbrella and chairs, are also available. There are plenty of restaurants and cafés nearby, and Mercadona is only a 10-minute walk away. The beaches are also very close. If you are travelling by coach, the property is conveniently located just a 5-minute walk from the drop-off point.
− The only negative aspect of our stay was the check-in experience. The lady who handled our registration was not welcoming and came across as quite rude at first. I approached her in Spanish, greeted her with a "good morning," and explained that I had received a message asking me to complete the registration. Unfortunately, her response did not match the friendly approach I had taken. It was only after I asked if everything was okay that her attitude changed and the rest of the interaction became more pleasant. I understand that everyone can have a difficult day, but I believe guests deserve to be greeted with courtesy and professionalism from the beginning. Overall, I feel the customer experience during check-in could have been much better.
