We are just about to leave the Hotel Rim and feel that we want to make a small contribution to the other messages of support. My Wife and I have had three nights stay and travelled to see the local area as much as possible. The hotel is homely, warming welcoming and pleasing, our room overlooked the pool and was to a really acceptable standard. Breakfast had a variety for all tastes, with very nice food and in particular the coffee selection, also free snacks at reception, a lovely touch ( great sticky rice crackers). The heart of this hotel is the staff, they are very hospitable, they want you to have a nice time, JUST GREAT STAFF. My Wife and I particularly want to thank Pong who was always there for door opening, logistics and a smile. James for his support and help organising our trips with great drivers at a reasonable price. All professional and ALL want the best for you. Thank you so much. Jules & Andrew

Lovely hotel located in the old city of Chiang Mai within walking distance to many restaurants and about a 30 minute walk from the night bazaar. We stayed for 3 nights,our room was lovely,spacious and clean and quiet. The staff were really lovely and friendly. The only issue was there wasn't enough sun beds by the pool but this wasn't a huge problem for us as we were out for most of the day I would HIGHLY recommend this hotel.

5 Stars!!! Our stay was magical and perfect. Truly feels like a VIP experience. Everyone was so lovely and professional. Everything was clean and traditional. We will definitely be coming back! Thank you to every single staff member. Best way to end our trip!

The Rim Resort was such a beautiful hotel! The service was amazing and our room was very nice. Loved the relaxing pool. We had an early flight and were given breakfast to go for our ride to the airport. My only regret is not staying longer!

3 nights in chiang Mai for our ten year anniversary

We arrived and were greeted like kings. They offered us tea and a wet towel as they got our room ready. They had them as twin beds since I didn’t specify. That was no issue it took minutes. We were upgraded. We got two free drinks and a fruit tray coupon which we used on our last day as we waited for your next flight. Breakfast was good. 9/10. I like crisper bacon which is my only complaint. They changed the menu dally which you don’t see that often. The staff was so accommodating. We wanted to get a rental care for one day and she had it to us in half hour. They are very honest and upfront about their airport transportation fees so we took a grab that was cheaper. This hotel is only about 5-7 minutes from The airport.
