The staff were very friendly, professional, and genuine. They helped make my stay comfortable.

− The location of the toilet bowl was too small of a space from the shower;; was literally 12 inches between the toilet bowl and the shower.
Poor clean and deficient security, the same key open both main door and room door. The bathroom never was cleaned.
3.0There is not good clean service. We were 5 nights but clean services just be done twice and it was deficient.

1.0I didn’t really get to stay in the property due to lack of communication between the staffs themselves which led me to getting a different hotel at 3 am.
− How the staff in charge greeted and treated me when i arrived at the location. It felt like i disturbed him in his sleep when i was told to there after i arrived in San Juan. I explained my side but the staff was very rude which led me to not staying there because it made me feel uncomfortable and i was still charged. They sent me an email after i told them about what happened but didn’t receive any follow up. It affected my first time experience in PR.

10.0Muy buena ubicación, cerca de panaderías y restaurantes y en la misma Avenida Ashford. Hay una parada de guaguas cerca para tomar el auto bus a el Viejo SJ y la playa. Muy buena limpieza y personal muy amable.
