1.0Nothing
− It was really dirty and I got bitten all of my body by bed bug or something

7.0Friendly staff, the area is beautiful, with a shop and restaurant on-site.
− Hot water took a very long time to arrive and would only run for a minute at most before turning cold; then you’d have to wait for it to get hot again, and so on. After using the toilet or the sink, the drains would gurgle throughout the night.
Great Family Stay in Rome with Excellent Facilities — A Few Accessibility Challenges
8.0Overall, we had a wonderful experience at hu Roma Camping In Town, and I would definitely consider staying here again! The property was very nice, with great facilities and a convenient location. One of the biggest advantages was the transportation access. There was a bus stop nearby that connected to the metro station, making it relatively easy to explore Rome. I particularly appreciated the hotel's shuttle service, which cost only €2 and took guests close to the Vatican. Having a return shuttle available was also extremely convenient and made sightseeing much easier. Another fantastic feature was having cooking facilities in our accommodation. This was especially helpful when traveling with a large family, allowing us to prepare our own meals rather than constantly eating at restaurants. The property had a lively atmosphere, and despite being very busy, we genuinely enjoyed our stay. There were plenty of facilities available, and overall, I thought it was a very good place to stay. I would happily return, although I would request accommodation closer to the main facilities next time.
− Although we genuinely enjoyed our stay, there were a few areas that could be improved. Our accommodation was located quite far from the main facilities, which made getting to and from our rooms difficult for members of our group with disabilities and mobility limitations. The property offered a golf-cart transportation service, which was a wonderful idea, but unfortunately, it was inconsistent. Sometimes staff were available, while other times we couldn't find anyone to assist us. There was also no convenient way to call and request a pickup from our accommodation. A more reliable transportation system would make a significant difference for guests with disabilities. The property was also very crowded, particularly with teenagers and younger travelers, making it quite noisy at times. The rooms were a little on the small side, although this was not a major disappointment. They were perfectly adequate for sleeping, which was primarily what we needed them for. I also felt the property was slightly overpriced considering the room sizes and some of the inconveniences we experienced. Despite these minor drawbacks, we genuinely enjoyed our stay and would absolutely consider returning. I would simply request accommodation closer to the main facilities next time.
Brilliant base for Rome, we would stay for longer next time just for more time at the camp!
