10.0Host was very welcoming. Such a lovely stay , accommodation had everything you needed and the facilities were exceptional. Beautiful decor and the garden was so peaceful. Our host even provided us with a vase of cut roses from her garden to place on our table on the outside patio . Would highly recommend staying here if you’re visiting The Stables Theatre as it is within walking distance.

Quit, clean and very modern Julia host was accommodating, loved the bed sheets so do soft.

Would definitely stay again when going to a concert as we don't enjoy driving at night.
10.0On arrival we were greeted by Julia's husband and he ran through with us how everything 'works'. Julia called later to see if everything was ok. It is really a perfect self contained studio apartment with parking directly outside. Although the weather wasn't good we had a lovely outlook over the garden. The accommodation has everything one needs for a short break and is in a quiet location. We went to a concert at The Stables, just a short drive away, so not to drive home was a bonus. Woburn village is worth a visit and the deer park is free to walk around.

10.0Everything was perfect, from the host, to the accommodation, to the location for getting to the Stables Theatre. There's also a pub just down the road (about 6 minutes walk) that serves lovely food. Would highly recommend this property.
