Enjoyed our stay at The Brooklanda Guest House
9.0Loved the hospitality of the hosts. The breakfast and house was amazing, the beds very comfortable. The view from the room was wonderful. I was down with a back sprain and karren really went out of her way to help with numbers of GP, the ice pack et al. Thanks so much

A relaxing stay in a beautiful location with wonderful hosts and an excellent breakfast.
10.0Great location on a quiet road with easy access to Bowness. Our first-floor room had all the facilities we needed and a lovely view overlooking the elegant garden. The English breakfast was excellent, especially the coffee. Karen and Andy were welcoming, responsive, and gave us great recommendations for exploring the Lake District.
Lovely place would stay again but request a quieter room

− Our room was quite noisy. The traffic woke us up in the morning and we were looking forward to a lye in which doesn’t happen often having 1 year old twins.

10.0Lovely hosts really friendly. Lovely room top floor. Homely feeling. Good breakfast choice of cereal fruit/ yoghurt and cooked breakfast. Lots of info to look at. Location was good for us to have a nice leisure walk to Bowness.
