Das Geld nicht wert - dreckig und abgenutzt
1.0Die Lage des Platzes zur Malmö und die Aussicht zur Brücke.
− Das Haus war in einem extrem schlechten Zustand. Wir haben eines der großen Häuser mit 40qm gemietet. Das Haus war verwohnt, vieles kaputt, vermackt und dreckig. Auf die Sauberkeit haben wir die Rezeption direkt angesprochen. Man schickte uns zwei Damen zur Kontrolle. Die zuckten nur die Schultern. Mikrowelle war defekt, was für uns bei einer Übernachtung nicht schlimm war. Ein Fenster war defekt, ließ sich nicht öffnen. Hier war ein Hinweisschild als Info angebracht. Die Liste ist lang: Flecken auf dem Sofa, Brandlöcher im Stuhl, Terrassenmöbel abgenutzt. Servicehaus haben wir nur einmal benutzt, da.eigenes Badezimmer. Das war jedoch auch dreckig, WC verstopft.

7.0The location of our accommodation was beautiful. It was right across the bridge, close to the water, which was great. However, on the day we checked in, Sunday, August 2nd, at 7:30 pm, the receptionist was very rude and unhelpful. Their behavior and attitude were definitely not normal, probably because we were foreigners. They didn't help us with the baby cot either. The next day, August 3rd, the staff member helped us very politely. Generally, there are a lot of spiderwebs and spiders on the outside of the building. We saw a few spiders in the first section as well. The location is very nice, though. The bungalows turned out to be a little different than expected. In terms of cleanliness and spiderwebs...
− I think the staff, especially the short, blonde employee on duty at 7:30 PM on August 3rd, should be trained on how to interact with customers. Also, cleaning the excessive spiderwebs outside the bungalows will prevent spiders from getting inside. In terms of cleanliness, a little more attention could be paid to the exterior.
