Good value for larger family’s.
7.0Clean in general, but the fold out couch mattress was super old and gross, so couldn’t use it, under the couch was pretty dirty too, need to occasionally vacuum and pick up peoples hair bands food and rubbish.
− Was a good stay! Breakfast was good value but would have been nice to have a coffee machine instead of insta coffee.
A fantastic stay with exceptional staff who made us feel welcome every day—we'll definitely be back.
9.0From the moment we checked in until we checked out, Dolly at reception made our stay so enjoyable. We stayed for five days while attending a tennis tournament, and nothing was too much trouble for her. Our room was always spotless, and the lovely housekeeping staff—especially the lady who looked after our room on the fourth floor each day—were incredibly friendly and welcoming. We also tried the breakfast one morning, which was simple but really good, and once again the staff were outstanding.
− There wasn't really anything we didn't like during our stay. If anything could be improved, perhaps offering a little more variety at breakfast would make it even better, but the quality and service were excellent
