The bed was comfy, spacious rooms. My facial from Ruby was excellent.

− I booked a facial for our arrival day and it was unfortunately a very disappointing experience. The spa put it right and gave me another treatment with a different therapist.

Would return but hotel needs a little investment to improve.

Staff and hotel very accommodating. Plenty of parking and rooms a decent size.

− Beds and pillows were quite uncomfortable and no options to change. Spa and pool was a little tired and could do with a refresh. Jet pool had many tiles missing and lots loose, which wasn’t comfortable.

Please be aware that children under the age of 16 are only permitted to use the swimming pool until 10:00 every day.

All children must be accompanied by an adult at all times when using this facility.

Please note that the restaurant will be closed on Christmas Day.
