Solid choice for a business stay

I've stayed at this location about 15 times in the past 2-3 years. It's been a good experience. Staff has been friendly and helpful. Good value. Rooms are clean. The rare times I had a small issue, they promptly addressed it in a satisfying way.

The staff was very nice and accomodating, the breakfast was very good for a hotel breakfast.

− The pool could have been a little cleaner but, being summer and I'm sure several people using it is understandable.

First and foremost, James Aughtman was a "dream" to work with in getting these rooms secured. Our rooming list changed almost daily, and he kept it current like no one I have used before. Thank you, Jamie! Our people were very pleased with the staff and facility at Hampton Inn & Suites Eagle Point in Birmingham, AL. We will definitely use them again should the need arise in the future.
