5.0The staff did its best to help, room cleaning was great and prompt to respond to any requests.
− The room doesn't match the comfort other Hotel 81 I've used before have. It was impossible to use the desk for work, as I had to sit too low, the stool provided sinking a lot, whereas in other hotels of the same chain you can actually reach your computer half decently. The insulation was also not great, so there was always a lot of noise early in the morning, coming from the outside.
Cigarette smoke prostitute perfume mold and sleepless nights from screaming people.
1.0Absolutely nothing. The smell of mold and cigarette smoke from neighbors and loud screaming in the hallway at 1am and the loud sounds sex workers pleasing their patrons in the hourly rental rooms was not worth $200 per night.

4.0The staff. They were super friendly.
− Everything else. Bed was rock hard, room was full of dust, there were mold in the picture which was hanged in the room.
