10.0The best experience I've had so far! When we checked out, we asked if we could leave our luggage at the hotel for a few hours, and they kindly told us it was no problem at all. When we returned at 9:00 PM to pick up our bags, they surprised us by offering us a room where we could freshen up before our flight, which wasn't until after midnight. This level of hospitality truly exceeded our expectations. Everything was very clean, and the water in the rooms is filtered and safe to drink. As someone from Tyrol, where we are lucky to have excellent mountain water, I was genuinely impressed by the quality of the drinking water here. I can highly recommend this hotel to anyone. If I could, I would give it an extra star just for the outstanding service and kindness of the staff. Thank you for making our stay so memorable! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

9.0Location Location Location. Food Dynasty, a very delicious and budget friendly food court, is just right across. MTR Station is right in front. Bus station is also right in front. Museums are 5-10 minutes on foot. Orchard road is 10 minutes on foot. Will come and stay here again.
− The room door is not sound-proof, Noisy guest talking and laughing along the walkway. Other than that is ok..

8.0深夜着の便だったので、24時間チェックインができるのがよかった。 飛行機が3時間遅れで念のため連絡したらすぐに大丈夫ですよーと丁寧な返信もあって好印象！
− 少し壁が薄いので隣の部屋の声が聞こえる。 あと廊下の声も聞こえる。 ただ基本的に旅行客で自分も日中は外出していたので、そこまで気にならなかった

− Try to get a room at the end of the hallways to minimize the noise from other Guests/Personell walking/talking on the floors. It feels like they are right IN your room. Very insufficient noise buffer.
This would have been a 4 not 2 star review had i not been kept awake at night.
5.0Location, staff, room, pool
− This would have been a 5 star review had management not had a policy of cleaning rooms from 10 pm to midnight. I have NEVER stayed in a hotel that does that. I basically paid for a room i couldn't sleep in because once I was woken and kept awake I couldn't get back to sleep which was awful for the 10 hour early flight I then had to struggle through. The pillows were those hard lumpy ones. They found others for me but they were the same. I went to buy my own and left it there. They should have soft pillow options.

10.0Das Hotel liegt zentral, das Personal ist sehr aufmerksam und man kann die Koffer bis zur Abreise unterstellen. Es wurde sogar der Taxifahrer ausfindig genommen mit dem wir an den Flughafen fuhren. Wir hatten was im Taxi vergessen und dank der Hilfe von der Rezeption haben wir alles schnell wieder gekriegt😉
