10.0Clean and comfortable room that had everything we needed. Staff were very welcoming, friendly and they went out of their way to ensure we had everything we needed. The food was famtastic, we would come back for the breakfast alone! Great stay and would highly recommend.

8.0Great location for my work nearby. The bedroom was clean and comfortable. Everything worked! Good tea and coffeee options provided. Good bathroom toiletries. I was grateful for the fan as it was a hot night.
− The toilet was clean but needs a more thorough deep clean. I also live in a hard water area so I understand the problem with limescale - needs an efficient limescale remover and some dedicated brushing at least once a week. Looks unsightly. The weather was very warm and the room had lovely opening windows and a fan - but I didn't feel confident to have the windows open all night as it was a ground floor room. Not sure what can be done about that?

− Close to busy main road - double glazing was very efficient but that meant the windows had to be closed so no fresh air. Smallest bowl of porridge I've ever had for breakfast in a hotel.
