10.0Easy online check in. Sue was waiting to meet us on arrival, even watched my car while we unloaded. Lovely clean room, comfortable and inviting. The room we had was small but had everything we needed for one night. Excellent breakfast with ample choice even for the most picky eater! All in all a lovely place to stay and would definitely go back. Thank you Beach House x

8.0The hotel is in a great location for a stay in Llandudno. We were welcomed at the property and the room albeit cozy was clean and tidy. Breakfast was included, which was basic but a welcome addition to the booking.
